Woo, exciting, I have a giveaway for you to help you work off the Christmas over indulgence!
The prize is a Revoflex X-Treme Abs and Body Toning Machine worth £34.99. Now, I haven’t tried this myself as they only offered me one and I’m giving it to you, but it looks pretty good to me!
It appears to be basically a couple of wheels attached to resistance bands and a flat board. It looks like it packs up small for storage and can be used for a variety of exercises to work your abs and core muscles. If you get two you can invite a friend over and recreate cheesy exercise equipment press photos.
If you’re a home exerciser, like me, rather than a gym bunny, then this looks like a good addition to your home kit.
