Temperatures are in minuses. Pavements are slippy in places. I still went out.

I did the same mile and a bit as yesterday, slightly slower due to increased slippyness and the fact that I nearly inhaled my own snot and choked to death.

Here I am, looking like I am wearing a swimming cap for some reason, I’m not, I should really make sure a little bit of hair pokes out of my hat for aesthetic purposes.

Tonights dinner, for those of you keeping check, will be Pollo Pancetta Salad with Goats Cheese but no dough sticks at Pizza Express. Then I am GOING TO THE PUB. For Beer.
