Ahh, Myla. I remember them as purveyors of sex toys aimed at Women rather than Men. Toys that look like they ought to be arranged artfully on the dressing table rather than hidden in a drawer.
Lingerie wise they are the makers of the pearl thong featured on Sex and the City as well as a range of luxurious frillies made from silk satin, french leavers lace and other luxurious fabrics, making them perfect to weave into my luscious lingerie fantasies.
To me Myla doesn’t feel as playful as some of the other Luscious Lingerie I’ve looked at. This is lingerie for the SERIOUS sex cat in you, rather than the kitten. Myla daydreams involve champagne and roaring log fires rather than hotel balconies and light summer breezes. Perfect for winter.
Myla have, rather helpfully, got a special Christmas Gift Box section on their website and their Vintage Chic box contains one of my favourite sets, Alicia, in a gorgeous deep wine colour.
Another of my favourites, also perfect for Christmas, is this ruffled burlesque style Florence set.
Just as festive as that awful marabou trimmed Mrs Santa nonsense, but a lot more stylish (and more expensive, but we won’t mention that…)
