Leg still hurts. I still smell of Deep Heat.
Today I did another cheats exercise of a minutes plank, a handful of press ups, and the increased effort it takes me to drag myself across the room with a leg that doesn’t bend.
I have been resting and elevating like a good girl.
The leg feels less painful than it did, but still very wobbly if I over do it by, for instance, walking across a room. Still I will keep up the cheats exercise as it’s possible I might be able to resume some gentle jogging before Juneathon is over. I hope you’re not bored of reading about my comfort eating and daily one minute planks by then.
