Sooo, Juneathon is obviously cursed. In 2013 I made it 10 days in before I hurt myself, this year I have managed 5.
Still, despite the fact I need help getting from a lying down to standing position I persevered with some yoga in the hope it would loosen up my lower back.
Thankfully I do not have 5 hours of skating to do today like a regular Saturday as I am off to the UEA to WATCH Roller Derby rather than play, which is a relief.
Though someone else is going to have to lay the track and move heavy tables I think.
I remain confident it will be better in the morning as I wanted to go for a run.
