All Dressed Up With Nowhere to Go.

Last year I went to a Halloween Party, so I obsessed about costumes a lot.

If you’re looking for costume inspiration I have plenty! Try here, here , here and here if that’s what you’re after!

However, this year, with a week to go to Halloween, I don’t have any big parties planned. It’s too close to a Marvellous Cocktail Party for me to be planning anything myself, but I really do love the chance to introduce a little theming into my wardrobe.

Thankfully the High Street is full of lovely Halloween inspired accessories, which you still have plenty of time to order, which are perfectly acceptable (mostly) to wear to work, the pub, the supermarket, or anywhere else you happen to be going on Halloween.

Next Monday I plan to be drinking Halloween inspired cocktails (recipes here and here), telling spooky stories and introducing a little bit of terror into my wardrobe.

  1. I ADORE the cat gloves. They are too cute!

  2. Love the snake bangle. I’ll have to get out my spider brooch for the day.

  3. Haha those tights…excellent love them!!

  4. Thanks for the tips, apparently Halloween is a big thing here in Malaga, suprisingly, and I haven’t got a clue, with regards to what to wear, how to do it on the cheap side… I’m completely clueless. I’m hoping I will come up with a good idea, otherwise vampire fangs it is 😉 the cat gloves are seriously cute

  5. Those “Miaow Boots” are really cool. If they were mine, I wouldn’t just wear them for Halloween tho… 🙂

  6. The bat t-shirt is genius!

I too will be having a swift drink and a scary movie rather than partay-ing. 🙂

  7. I love the tights! and the anti vampire idea. If i were going to a halloween party i would probably dress up as esther greenwood from ‘The bell jar’, but halloween isn’t such a big thing in australia and the only people who have halloween themed parties, just want to have a drink
