I did a plank for a minute and a handful of press ups. So that’s *some* exercise and technically within the Juneathon rules, but it’s cheating really. And even that made my leg hurt.
I didn’t get sweaty, I didn’t burn any calories and I didn’t really challenge myself.
My feet look like this as they are in silly ballet pumps so I can walk with a limp.
I’m also having a Chinese tonight instead of my planned salad, because that would involve walking into town and I probably wouldn’t get there till breakfast.
So in summary. I am fatter, less fit and sulking because I am a tit for hurting myself and ignoring the warning pain. I might try some gentle swimming tomorrow night. Will see how it feels.

You are going to go to the doctor if it doesn’t improve aren’t you? Please don’t ignore it, let me be a horrible warning to you in that I tore a ligament in my foot and it ended up taking 18 months to heal properly due to me hobbling round hoping it would get better on it’s own and then not resting it as I was advised too!
