As you may know ( I did tell you!) I’ve launched an Events listing page for the Norwich and East Anglia area.
It doesn’t claim to be comprehensive, but if you’re into vintage, burlesque or the slightly bizarre I’m aiming to list all those events that might appeal to you.
On this line I thought it might be nice to start the month with a little round up of what’s coming up. The page itself will be updated throughout the month as other exciting events come to my notice!

Boardgames
19:00 @ The Birdcage, Norwich
The Birdcage is cute and kooky pub in the centre of the City and tonight they’re cracking out the boardgames and packs of cards for an evening of good old fashioned fun.
Ask for a fresh raspberry Milkshake or a ice cream and coke float to get you in a playing frame of mind.

In The Mood Hangar Dance
19:30 @ Hardwick Airfield, Airfield Farm, Just South of Topcroft Village
The Jonathan Wyatt Big Band returns to Hardwick Airfield for another Hangar Dance this Saturday with their In The Mood Show.
Come in fancy dress to help re create the 1940s.

The Norwich Lanes Summer Fayre

The fun family event celebrates the unique area that is Norwich Lanes and includes
a chance to sample the area’s unique shopping diversity and arts culture.
Lots of my favourite shops will be involved and this promises to be a fun day out!

Destination Jazz Concert
18:30 @ Plantation Garden, Norwich
The Jazz version of the Swing night I went to last month. Don’t miss a fabulous evening! Just call and they’ll keep tickets for you on the gate.
A selection of Jazz tunes including up-tempo bop, driving swing, laid back ballads and mellow Latin grooves.
