Busy, busy, busy.

Like a bee, bee like, actually.

That’s me right now.

See. (Not too busy to spend time cutting out my head and sticking it on Clip Art of bees, though, oh no)

Over the last few weeks I have picked up a fair few lovely new pieces for my eBay Shop, which is still looking a little empty. I’ve spent the morning photographing some of them, and others are soaking in tubs of water or drying on the line as I type. Here’s a sneaky peek of what I photographed this morning.

While I’m editing the photos, taking measurements and writing listings here are some of my favourite pieces currently in the shop.

I’m offering all Retro Chick readers 10% off till Tuesday 10th August.

You’ll need to send me a message after purchase to say you’re a reader and then I’ll invoice you less 10%!

Catherine Malandrino Embroidered Silk Pencil Skirt – This has such beautiful embroidery.
Vintage 50s or 60s M&S Reversible Skirt – I LOVE this! It’s 2 skirts in one!
Tropical Bird Print Dress – As soon as I can get this done up it goes into my wardrobe, so get it quick!
BNWT Miss Selfridge Playsuit – I think this could work into autumn with boots and tights, if you can do tights and shorts!
Vintage 70s Gunne Sax Prairie Dress – Victoriana styling and a beautiful ditsy floral chiffon fabric.
Bias Cut 30s style floral dress – This ones actually one of my own dresses. So pretty, but I have to admit it will never fit again!
40s Style Boden Tea Dress – 40s styling and an amazing bold print. Perfect for Swing dancing
Tara Starlet vintage repro 50s top – Gorrrgeous. Wear it with a pencil skirt for a bombshell wiggle!

Enjoy!

I think there are a couple of size 16s in the new lot.

The only size 16 in the shop at the moment though is this kaftan!

I seem to have been mostly finding things in kind of 8-12 sizes recently.

Ooh, there is a dress in your shop that I really want. Will it still be there once I’ve been paid though? :-/

Which one is it? I could put it by for you?

The M&S grey embroidered one. Size 12, but it sounds like it’ll fit. I don’t get paid until 24th though – should probably have a look at my finances and see if I can actaully afford it right now instead.

I wish the silk pencil skirt was in my size.. I am so in LOVE with it..

Can’t wait to see the new lots when they listed.

    Will you have any 10-12’s?

I think there are a few 10-12s in there actually. That pink check 50s/60s house dress at the bottom of the top picture definitely is, I love that dress, I was going to keep it, but it’s a bit tight across my broad shoulders so I can’t get it off without help!

That just went this morning! You were *just* too late!

It went to another blog reader though, so it’ll get a loving home!

It deserves a loving home, it’s a stunning dress and whoever bought it a very lucky (and stylish) lady 😉
