Today I am heading off to the gym. It’s my last session for a week as I’m planning to take a break from weights and stick to Yoga and running over Christmas week to give my aches and pains a little chance to recover!
This means that when I go back in January it will hurt a lot more than it should, but it also means that today’s festive outfit is my favourite festive fit kit!
This top is just the best in cold weather. It came from Sweaty Betty a few years ago and it was expensive but worth it. It’s like a Christmas Jumper made from technical fabrics that you can get sweaty in, and it’s really warm for cold weather running.
This particular design is no longer available, but I just went over to look what else they had. Which was foolish, as they have this, and I am now in love.
The leggings are also suitably festive as they have gold sparkles on them, so I’m feeling like I’m doing the festive season justice for my workout today.
After the gym, I have some last minute Christmas shopping to do, so I am expecting to come home in a terrible mood and need some Mulled Wine to cheer me up.
